The Rights and Responsibilities of Clients

Users are responsible for providing accurate information when creating and using an account.

Users must keep login details secure and must not share account access with third parties.

Users must review available platform information before using funding or withdrawal functions.

Users must not attempt to abuse the platform, create misleading activity, interfere with platform operations, or use the website for unlawful or prohibited purposes.

Unless required by law or by platform rules, the Company does not request unnecessary information from users. However, if account activity creates a legal, security, or operational concern, the Company may request additional clarification or supporting information.

Alpex Funds Rights and Responsibilities

The Company may maintain, update, restrict, suspend, or adjust platform access where reasonably necessary for security, technical operation, legal reasons, or enforcement of these Terms.

The Company may refuse or delay platform actions where there is reason to believe that a user is acting unlawfully, breaching platform rules, providing inaccurate information, misusing account access, or creating a security risk.

Where necessary, the Company may carry out additional checks connected with account safety, transaction review, platform integrity, or compliance with applicable law. These checks are not routine for every user and are used only where circumstances require them.

Company reserves the right to require confirmation of the origin of funds, bank statements and verification of the client's identity. In accordance with the regulations, our security service can check the information for up to 90 business days.

Responsibilities of the Parties

The User is responsible for the accuracy of account information, the security of account credentials, and the lawful use of the platform.

The Company is responsible for providing platform access and maintaining reasonable operational and technical measures, but does not accept responsibility for losses caused by external services, third-party systems, network conditions, user error, or events beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

Amendments

The Company may amend these Terms by publishing an updated version on the website.

Revisions become effective from the date of publication unless otherwise stated.

Users should review the Terms periodically to stay informed about any changes.

Final Provisions

The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform where a user breaches these Terms, violates law, creates a security risk, or uses the platform in a way that harms the integrity of the service.

The Company may also delay or pause certain actions where this is reasonably required for technical review, security review, operational checks, or dispute resolution.

Any timeframes displayed on the platform may be affected by business days, technical maintenance, blockchain confirmation time, and other operational factors.
